Hydraulic Inline Filter

The HIF-Series inline filters are used to protect high-pressure hydraulic systems up to 3,000 PSI.  When installed at the pressure side of a pump, the sintered bronze filter element can trap all debris larger than 25um to prevent damage to the valves in the systems.

The conical shaped sintered bronze element is positioned by a retaining spring to allow true, uninterrupted axial flow while protecting against the system crashing by increasing the pressure drop across the element.

Strong yet lightweight anodized aluminum housing with special viton 0-rings for oil systems where chemical action or heat may be a problem for the standard Buna “N” 0-rings. The standard 25um sintered bronze filter element can be easily cleaned or replaced. Filter elements are also available in pore sizes of 10, 40 or 90um.
